HannoverServiceCenter Hanover, Germany

After a construction period of two years, the new administration building in Hanover was opened at the beginning of 2019. The 22,000 square metre large administrative building in the capitol of Lower Saxony offers space for 600 employees and houses almost all areas of the public administration department, such as the vehicle registration office, the driving licence authority or the registry office. In addition, there is a cafeteria for guests, a staff canteen and a day-care centre for children in the so-called HannoverServiceCenter.

The new building presents itself to visitors and employees with a light-flooded entrance area, bright, open rooms, lots of glass and a lighting concept harmoniously matched to the architecture. Among other things, recessed luminaires from the Matric series and the Cubic series from Lightnet were installed in the building.
