Gray Puksand redesigned the Investa Office Fund (IOF) flagship building at 111 Pacific Highway in Sydney, Australia. Our partner LPA was commissioned to provide the lighting calculations and luminaire specifications to Gray Puksand's specifications. Strong linear elements, highlighted by our built-in Matric luminaire, direct the eye into and around the brightly lit foyer with ample seating and a café to linger. The renovation created a light-filled, aesthetically pleasing main entryway that allows for a cohesive and flexible public space.
