Higher Roche Tower Montpellier, France

As a representative symbol of this architectural renewal, the Higher Roche residential building serves as a flagship for the changing Montpellier. It acts as a central anchor point to embrace the lively activity of the future Saint-Roche district.

With a height of over 50 metres, the building represents a striking contrast to the city's previously horizontal skyline. Designed by Parisian architects Brenac & Gonzales, the building has a floor space of over 12,000 m² and extends over 16 storeys. Its striking façade is characterised by various sweeping curved lines reminiscent of a flamenco dancer's dress. The staggered arrangement of the various upper floors and balconies creates the illusion of continuous movement for the viewer.

In the entrance area, our Liquid Line and Ringo Star luminaires provide perfect lighting and a harmonious ambience. They emphasise the unique shapes and materials of the building and create an inviting atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. The Satin Copper finish harmonises perfectly with the tones and colours of the building's surroundings.
