Lines that connect Three-dimensional light sculptures as a design element

As institutions that serve the public good, savings banks are always inspired by regional identity when designing their interiors. That is why the architects and interior designers combined the historical and the modern when redesigning the headquarters of Sparkasse Burgenlandkreis in Weißenfels. The ground floor of the baroque town house on the market square was transformed into a contemporary, open space with warm materials, sculptural light installations and an innovative technical infrastructure. Individual wall designs and custom-made furniture create a distinctive character, which is emphasised by our Liquid Line series and the round Ringo Star luminaires.

Here, Liquid Line is a floating, three-dimensional light sculpture that enhances the generous, open atmosphere. With its liana-like structure and dark colour, it becomes a unifying design element that radiates organic elegance. In combination with the indoor plants, Liquid Line brings nature indoors and creates a harmonious connection between architecture and natural aesthetics. At the same time, the rounded shape of the Ringo Star luminaire signals the areas of concentration and rounds off the varied and at the same time calm overall impression. The interior design of the Sparkasse Burgenlandkreis in Weißenfels impressively demonstrates how light can change rooms beyond its purely functional application.
