    Specification Manager UK

    Your tasks

    Are you ready to drive the expansion of Lightnet's market presence by working with architects, lighting designers and consultants in London? We are looking for a proactive Specification Manager to join our dynamic UK team.

    Your profile

    Responsibilities:

    • Champion Lightnet solutions through a consultative approach.
    • Cultivate and fortify relationships with network partners.
    • Identify and establish connections with architects, lighting designers, and consultants aligned with Lightnet's offerings.
    • Actively pursue new projects and engage with key decision-makers.
    • Implement modern techniques and practices to stimulate business growth.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience and understanding of contemporary processes.
    • Minimum of 5 years of robust specification experience.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding challenging targets.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills that foster long-term collaboration.
    • Profound knowledge of LED lighting and controls applications, with a strong familiarity with Lightnet's product and solutions portfolio.
    • Flexible, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and added value to both external and internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to oversee projects from specification to order, commissioning, and sign-off, collaborating effectively with stakeholders and supported by the distribution network.
    • Willingness to attend industry exhibitions in the UK and overseas as required.
